| Well, he does carry a heavy burden and this must be very confusing... This is shown a lot in the books! We all still agree to the fact that i would have pushed him in the lava! | |

| yup, it's really clear in the book that frodo is bearing a burden way too big for him......thus confusing him. and when i imagine what poor old sam must have felt....poor thing. but it ended up well, didn't it? indeed female elves and some women do have importance in the book. examples of galadriel and eowyn are justly taken...of course, sans oublier aragorn's love, a few thousand years elders than him: arwen. i really love the songs....that's poetry à l'état pur....*eyes shine...totally awed!!* | |

| Euh... error...Arwen is not that old... In fact, she is considered as one of the youngest elf!! Or at least that is what i remember!
The Enya songs are indeed very cool!

| haha!! real adepts, aren't you? well, i think that i'm right...arwen was born in the first age...from what i saw in the chronology of middle earth that is. indeed, she is probably younger than many elves, but she still is 'antique' compared to aragorn. i mean, she saw him grow!!!! | |

| True true! When Aragorn first saw her, he was just a young teen, while Arwen was old enough to be my grandma... Comme quoi, l'amour n'a pas d'age et rend aveugle... et le marriage lui rend la vue (sauf dans les contes de fées, bien entendu...) | |

| hang on!! dans les contes de fées, on ne raconte pas la vie de mariage pour ne pas désillusioner les gosses! but i'm sure it's just as tough... but it is a weird relationship....she saw him grow, could be four or five times his great grandma....seems like they were meant to be together from the beginning of time....and there you go about the fate debate again!! | |

| Euh... i was right... And Arwen was not born in the 1st but the 3rd age... At the start... which makes her one of the youngest...
However, i must agree on the fact, that she is much younger than aragorn! there is 2690 year difference... At that is calculated!!!

| Well, if the arrows are still there, then its ok. They could still be used as 'mini javelins' or to stab an enemy in the face However, I can understand why Legolas is so popular: check his moves on the battlefield! Lots of cool acrobatic moves ; on a horse, on the huge elephant like things (Mumakils??? ) and during the battle of the defense of euh... some fortress of which I forgot the name... hmm...have to check this... | |

| eh...the action scenes aren't bad....though they don't exist in the book, they add much to the film. i like the effect of it. looks good...i think this makes legolas popular but what makes him more popular is that he's good-looking...aragorn too is not bad, but the best looking one is legolas. this, more than anything else caused his popularity rate to soar among girls... | |
