| Of the most haunting works of Italian literature is Dante Alighieri's "La Divina Comedia" and particularly the first part of the said script: Inferno. It was by watching an episode of Cold Case that I came across Dante and Inferno. It is about the journey of Dante deep into the structure of Hell... I managed to get the script, but can't understand a thing - it's in its original language... Does anyone know where I can get a reliable English or French version of La Divina Comedia? | |

| Messiah? Sans blague! Tous les acteurs ressemblaient à ceux de Cold Case... J'arrive pas à croire que je suis stupide au point de confondre Messiah et Cold Case... Shame be on me! | |

| Our country is indeed a developed one (Jugnauth and his pal Berenger yelled this to the whole world)! You can walk into all, and I mean ALL, the bookshops or library in this country and no one will know who the hell Dante is! Et nous sommes sensés être patriotiques?! | |

| I haven't read that book (L'ile du Dr.Moreau) but I saw the movie (an old one) long ago, I think before I was 10. That was one of the best movies I've watched and I never forgot the story. Yesterday I was in the school library and ventured into a dusty corner behind the "Literature section" - even librarians don't go there I think - and guess what I saw! Under thick layers of dust, there were tons of great books! Virgil, Dante, Tolstoy, Homer, Machiavelli and so many others, all there, unknown to the QEC students! What's more - they have never been borrowed in 5 years! Shame! I couldn't bear such a wastage and took Tolstoy's first volume of War and Peace. | |

| oh, good reading then...i want to read the illiad and the odyssey full version...it's apparently entirely written in iambic pentameter which is really a hard thing to do. takes a genius or some well inspired time-waster to do that.... | |
